Develop your abdominal core with Joseph Pilates'
challenging matwork exercises. Technique and flow are
emphasized in this class. Appropriate for advanced beginners
and intermediate students.

ADVANCED MATWORK
Sculpt long, strong muscles in this fast-paced class that
includes advanced variations of the Pilates matwork
exercises as well as Reformer on the Mat.

PILATES WITH PROPS
Who can resist a twist on traditional Pilates mat exercises? Not us! So we're offering this fun class where you'll use the Pilates Magic Circle, Swiss ball, BOSU, resistance bands and foam rollers to kick up the matwork challenge. Appropriate for all levels of experience.

INTRODUCTION TO PILATES MATWORK
Learn the essentials of Pilates matwork including modifications to keep your back and neck safe while exercising. This class is paced specifically for those new to Pilates. Limited to 10.
Class fees are charged at the beginning of each month.
Three classes-$40; four classes-$50 and five classes-$60.
Single classes are $15. Classes are not held on major holidays

Individual and Duet Private Sessions are a great way to gain a deeper understanding of Pilates. One session can lead you to master the exercises you find most challenging. A series of lessons can help you build strength and increase flexibility.

Private sessions at the studio make a wonderful gift
to give or receive. Gift certificates are available
for single sessions and series of five or ten lessons.
All sessions are by appointment.
